If you wish to return any items from your order this must be done within 14 days from your order date. 

 

We offer EXCHANGE only.

From May 15th 2020 we will no longer be offering exchanges on city tote bags for different sizes. If you are unsure on the size you require please check the dimensions on the listings aswell as looking at our instagram page for size comparison pictures.

 

Items must be unused and still have the labels attached for an exchange for the equivalent amount for to be issued. If the product has been tampered with and is not in a new condition which we sent it in then a exchange will not be given and the item will be sent back to you. 

 

Please note that for hygiene reasons Jewellery, Earrings, Hair Accessories & Sunglasses can not be returned.
